so i'm currently taking a break from studying for my midterm this evening. it's for my 4 hour long British History class at USF, which to all you haters of history, probably constitutes cruel and unusual punishment, but to me it's pretty cool. However, now i've got all these dates and wars and stuff splashing around in the old brane (sarry, it splashed on the parrt that is in cherge of speelling.) So here is your random British fact: did you know that there was a war in the mid 1700's betweet Britain and France called the War of Jenkin's Ear? What was that all about? I wonder if Jenkin's Ear got strange looks from people when it walked through town from people wondering why they were at war over an ear? And what were the French thinking about when they got involved in a war over an ear? They don't even get involved in wars to defend themselves!
I would like to apologize for wasting the past minute of your life. It's been a crazy week full of midterms. However, fall break is this weekend. Oh wait, USF still has classes, and I still have to work. Rats. Oh well. At least I got to wear a sweater the other day. Is it Xmas yet?
